Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many clients have us clean before they even have a key handed over from the seller or they coordinate access through their agent or landlord. We're happy to work around whatever access arrangement is easiest for you.

Should I schedule the cleaning before or after furniture arrives?

Before, if possible. An empty home gives our team better access to floors, baseboards, closets and other surfaces. If furniture is already inside, we'll clean the areas we can safely and reasonably access.

Do you clean inside cabinets, closets and drawers?

Cabinet and closet interiors are available as an add on to your move in cleaning. Standard cleaning covers accessible surfaces and cabinet exteriors. If you’d like inside cabinets, closets, or other areas cleaned, let us know when you request your quote.

Can I customize what's included in my move in cleaning?
