Pristine Touch provides residential cleaning services in Tampa, Florida and surrounding areas, including but not limited to: standard recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and apartment/condo cleaning.

Service availability is subject to schedule and geographic coverage. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

2. Booking & Scheduling

Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by text. When you book, you agree to provide accurate information about your home and the scope of cleaning required. Misrepresentation of home size or condition may result in additional charges or cancellation at the time of service.

We will confirm your appointment by email or text. Appointments are subject to cleaner availability and may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much advance notice as possible in such cases.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on home size, service type, and the scope of work agreed upon at booking. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition of the home materially differs from what was described.

Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed at booking.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods listed on our website.

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice for recurring clients.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes where required by Florida law.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation notice required: We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

For recurring service plans, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in removal from our schedule.

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to rebook at your earliest convenience at no additional charge.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not 100% satisfied with any area of your clean, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional charge. No questions asked.

This guarantee applies to the specific areas or tasks identified at the time of complaint. It does not cover:

Pre-existing stains, damage, or conditions beyond the scope of standard cleaning.

Areas or tasks not included in the original service scope.

Complaints made more than 24 hours after service completion.

6. Access to Your Home

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled appointment time. This may include providing a key, door code, or being present to grant entry.

If our team is unable to access your home at the scheduled time through no fault of our own, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and a fee may apply.

You are responsible for securing or removing valuables, fragile items, and pets before our arrival. While our team takes great care, we recommend storing irreplaceable items safely.

7. Our Cleaning Team

All Pristine Touch cleaning professionals are background-checked before their first appointment. However, by allowing our team into your home, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own reasonable risk, as is standard with any in-home service.

You agree not to ask our cleaning professionals to perform tasks outside the agreed service scope (e.g., moving heavy furniture, handling hazardous materials, caring for children or pets).

8. Liability & Damage Claims

We carry liability insurance. In the event that our team causes verifiable damage to your property during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will investigate and work with you toward a fair resolution.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or wear.

Damage to items that were improperly secured, unstable, or fragile without prior disclosure.

Items of extraordinary value not disclosed to us prior to service.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a single service appointment shall not exceed the amount paid for that appointment.

9. Prohibited Uses

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information in any booking or communication.

Use our website to transmit spam, malware, or any unlawful content.

Attempt to circumvent any security features of our website.

Solicit our employees or contractors for private cleaning work outside of Pristine Touch.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Pristine Touch House Cleaning or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including your SMS consent and marketing preferences.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
